What should you consider when choosing a heat pad for your horse?

I'd like to order one of these small heat pads for my horse, but I'm not sure what kind. Only for the back/saddle area! I've seen a variety of options, from heated ones to ones that warm up from body temperature. Which one do you recommend? I'd be very grateful for some information 🙂

I think back on track is always a good choice. There are products suitable for each body region, and it is provided for uniform heat. There is no problem with the initial temperature to be selected, and it does not cool again uncontrollably.

This is always a little dependent on the horse and faith.

I swear on my back on track renal blanket, which I can also put super on my back.

Others have pellets and similar variants, even sewn partly. Works very well.

active heat (i.e. heatable) is usually not necessary – it is often enough to take what reflects or stores the body heat if you want to do a little spa or preheat before riding.

Puh, it depends on how much you put in it.

Just stick to various instructions, there’s always something in there. If you are considering, it may weigh max vll 50-60kg 🤪

I have Back on Track Products/Ceramic Rehab by Felix Bühler (same effect as BoT only cheaper) and a dinkel pad.

My horse loves all three.
