When mankind began to grow cereals, the beer was probably already invented.

Beer played an important role in the cultures with the oldest known letters – Sumer and Egypt.

There are sources that gave evidence for early beer brewery about 6000 BC.

In wine there are proofs about 2500 BC

However, it cannot be ruled out that fermented beverages from fruits / grapes have been enjoyed for a long time on a natural basis.

Probably beer. There are already evidence from the Sumerians. Grain is a “multi-purpose” food and wine was probably only later grown as a luxury item.

At Göbekli Tepe, tubs/containers were found in which fermented grain can be detected. And that was at the border to the sedentary detention, nearly 12,000 years ago. Some scientists even suspect that sess detention is partly due to beer consumption.

My beer too. I have already consumed the Sumerians.

Wine is older, it was 7000 years ago. With beer, we have to have grain cultivation, which came up much later.
