The fastest way is to find jobs in the industry towards production workers (e.g. food companies, metal industry or temporary workers).

As a production aid you can also unlearn aat least for the first time to earn your living independently. If you have the driver’s license, you might also be eligible for package or post-authors for bridging (the latter are also driving by bicycle in cities).

And in time, you can look around for a job in your wish job or continue to train yourself. And many companies also give a “second chance” if you show that you have learned from the past.
