I hear a lot. I prefer to listen to rock in very many ways. The genre is very versatile and meets my nerve. I also like to hear pop (mainly 60s to 80s), metal, classical and folk. It always depends on the mood I want to hear. And I also care about diversity in music taste. I don’t think it’s pointless to let me go through genres. That’s not the point of listening to music.

Very dependent on situation and mood.

In general, you can say that I listen to a lot of rock and (Nu) metal, my favorite bands include Queen and Linkin Park.

When drawing I like to hear more relaxed things, Coldplay is very good.

Sometimes I hear a couple of 80s.

And then I have another playlist for bad mood or sadness, I have collected songs that give me a similar feeling as the Port of Hamburg. Explanation: I love Hamburg and am totally happy there (2nd home, so to speak) and this is good because even if I add the playlist love grief or so need, Hamburg does not run away. A playlist with songs that connect me to Lieblibgsmenschen is not good when it has just played with them.

Metal and everything that bears rock in the name is what I hear most. Why? The music is my music nerve.

But I also hear other things, I’m very versatile. I’ve been doing a DJ for some time, and you couldn’t just come with rock, so I’ve also dealt with other genres.

For example, jazz rock/fusion as PIERRE MOERLEN’S GONG interpret it.

Here’s the complete “Pierre Moerlen’s Gong LIVE”.

And the bass guitarists and all bass-loving music lovers on our GF planet are recommended to start from 17:04 to listen to the snake-like bass figures of the HANSFORD ROWE.

Basically almost everything. From Rap and HipHop, for example, I’m not such a fan, but from 70s to 2000s, rock (also hard rock and medieval rock) and metal (and heavy metal) I listen to most.

Especially because this music is still (mostly) handmade. What always goes with me are In Extremo, Firetail, Rammstein, ACDC, Nightwish, Avril Lavigne, Enya, Cyndi Lauper, Bonnie Tyler and Knorkator.

Very different.

I like to hear Middle Ages rock like firetail or Schandmaul. But I also like to hear Billie Eilish or Olivia Rodrigo.

I like to hear white girl music. I generally like the music from 2010-2018. But I also like to hear other musical directions.

That’s the same, but unfortunately, too much too unknown, as I find. Also applies to this song: https://youtu.be/eOj88ftXG_Q?si=1dnx8u3nEy2Znwbd
