• In a few years, there will be only fixed-term contracts, i.e. time contracts, whereby the teacher’s professional future becomes completely uncertain.
• You can never be sure if you are also employed in the two (or even more) studied subjects. Your “Wünsche” depends exclusively on the subject of your future school. All possible school-internal inconveniences can lead to you only in one (!) It will be used. (Example: I taught four years ONLY German instead of German AND Sport – but was okay – – – – from a total of 42 teachers years.)
• You will not necessarily teach in your wish city, let alone wish school.
• As for decades, the first obstacle is the degrading, demoralizing, non-practicing referendariat, where many young people are already breaking up.
• Good Abi notes are NULL prerequisite for good teaching. The insane school notes have no prognostic value. – The great piece of art of content is the only real basis!!
