Hello

I can give you a list of what’s all about the pain.

  • Relaxation (yoga/meditation)
  • Sports (e.g. swimming)
  • Warm bath or shower
  • Generally heat (heat cushion/dangle)
  • Camillen tea
  • Fennel tea
  • Magnesium (acts decontamination)
  • Massages in the abdomen
  • Sleep
  • TENS device (current pulses)
  • (Orgasms)
  • CBD oil (to take and lubricate on the abdomen)
  • Easy movement (walk, stretching)
  • Entkrampfer like Buscopan
  • Kade cycle (very recommended! Of course!)https://www.kadefemina.de/produkte/kadecycle/kadecycle-kraempfen/you can also drink the active ingredient/plant of sheep’s yarn as tea.

Here are some positions you could enter:

  • legs angled, folded ceiling between the body and the thighs, head on the knees and the arms around the ski legs loops. Now only eyes to and calm breathing, often it helps to concentrate quietly and directly on the pain and to push the legs more strongly on the body when the cramp has dissolved again.
  • With the belly flat on the cold floor can also help
  • On the back lying the legs angle

I personally use cade cycle at cramps (https://www.kadefemina.de/produkte/kadecycle/kadecycle-kraempfen/) and the TENS device.

I highly recommend the Tens device from Beurer. This is a device that loosens the muscles with hardly noticeable current impulses and thus relieves control pain. You can hardly feel anything but it helps enormously, the Tens device from Beurer can also generate heat and thus additionally relieve the pain.

You should go to a gynecologist and let the severe pain be cleared. From a certain degree it is no longer normal.

I hope I could help you 🙃

Good luck 🍀

Buscopan – that always helps me.

This is not a painkiller in the mind, but it triggers cramps.

Buscopan and Ibuprofen is something quite different. Also from the mode of action. Ask your family doctor.

Get a second opinion. I don’t agree with Ibus and I don’t have a problem with Buscopan.

I’m helping a warmer bottle or grain pillow. Drugs should only be taken in emergency.

Heat helps with seeing good, so either a warm or cherry kernel cushions also thermacare heat plasters are super (which is from the company even extra for periods of pain. If the days are not too strong, I also like to take a warm bath.

There are also various teas that can help to effect sparing

Most of the time I have no pain, but if I have some, it helps me:

• a pain tablet (but you already think you can’t take it)

• a heat bottle

• rest calm and not move much, preferably with tight legs

• drink a bit warm (but this helps very little 🙈)
