What does this LS recredit mean?
I have a question about a refund. I was told that an amount for an item couldn't be debited on time, and somehow the money, or a so-called "SEPA direct debit," couldn't be redeemed and was returned to the payee.
However, the money was debited that same day, and the next day I received an "LS re-credit" for the same amount in my account. I don't understand this, since Rossmann couldn't have received any money from me, could it? Do I owe anyone anything now? I'm very confused.
The debit (SEPA direct debit) has not worked for any reason, e.g. because the cover on the bank account was insufficient, so it was undone, and you now owe the company money that tried to debit.
Thank you. Will this company just try again in the coming time to book it or do I have to contact him? 🤔
Certainly, it would be a question to the unpaid company.
Can’t be said to treat companies differently.
