What has a lot of calories and is healthy?
Hey! I'm currently still in the "bulking phase" and I'm missing about 400 calories a day to get the calories I need to eat. Do you have any suggestions? It has to be something I can eat every day, and especially not something like pasta, rice, or bread, because I already eat those things for dinner/breakfast/lunch and they just take too long, so an extra meal is unfortunately out of the question.
A few handful nuts are very healthy and you can always snack them in between.
Nuts are good. Two- three handy nuts and you have 200-350 calories.
Then a beautiful avocado/ avocado toast and you are at 600 calories +.
Shakes are also always good, for example, I make a banana shake with two bananas every day, some unsweetened cocoa (powder) and sometimes peanuts – because I want to increase 2 kilos.
good suggestions only do I eat the whole thing already haha, would you have other ideas?
I always make a shake from a banana, a tablespoon of sugar-free peanut butter and 300 ml milk before sports. 500 healthy calories with lots of protein and fast carbohydrates.
