Das Unternehmen als solches hat nicht so viel davon. Aber die Unternehmensgründer/vorherige Eigentümer halten in der Regel ja auch immer noch ein großes Aktienpaket und sind selbstverständlich auch am Kurswert beteiligt.
Außerdem ist ein Unternehmen, das hoch im Kurs steht, kreditwürdiger gegenüber den Banken.
Der Kurswert zeigt den tatsächlichen Wert eines Unternehmens. Wenn der Kurs sinkt, sinkt auch ein möglicher Übernahmepreis. Hohe Kurse schützen vor Übernahmen.
Da die meisten UNTERNEHMER auch selbst ein Aktienpaket halten, sind sie selbstverständlich am steigenden Kurs interessiert.
Und dass die Aktie steigt, ist ja ein wichtiges Indiz dafür, dass dieser Betrieb floriert. (da gibt es natürlich auch Luftnummern bei) Es heißt ja, dass der “Markt” hier Potential sieht.
Die Unternehmen halten auch eigene Aktien die im Wert steigen.
Außerdem könnten sie neue Aktien mit dem höheren Wert emittieren.
Und, das Management läuft weniger Gefahr bei der nächsten Versammlung nicht entlastet zu werden.
Es gibt Unternehmen die besorgen sich durch die Ausgabe neuer Aktien (Kapitalerhöhung) frisches Geld. Je höher die Aktie steht desto mehr können sie einnehmen.
Weil das Unternehmen fühlt sich seinen Aktionären verpflichtet; und die wollen ihr Vermögen mehren.
Der Wert der Firma steigt. Ein Aufwärtstrend lädt Investoren ein.
