What's wrong with the cat?

Hello,

My "neighbors" have a property next door to us, but they're rarely there. I haven't seen them in eight weeks and have no way of contacting them.

The neighbor's cat is always on the property and is always with us.

Now the cat has started pulling out its hair, it's drooling a lot, and it's started getting these black spots. I'm really worried, but I'd rather not go to the vet because it's not my cat.

Can anyone possibly say something about this?
Thanks in advance.

This could be self-inflicted because of stress or itching.

I mean out of stress you don’t get

Stress and teeth could be. Milbs, fleas and teeth are also conceivable.

I would call the animal to the doctor or the competent office. The cat needs help.

rabies? If she is afraid of water so if you give her water running her away, the sabbing is definitely a sign to it and the abnormal behavior don’t let you bite and call immediately the animal catcher…. Or she has fleas or the reef then loses his fur

Call the nearest shelter.
They may catch the animal.

There the animal is also taken care of and it is animal-care, it has warm and dry and gets something to eat.
