She needs a larger and deeper pot. Fresh earth too. And take the pot away. It collects the excess water and your tree has constantly wet roots. Then the fine spicy spices blew. From autumn he will lose his foliage. Then keep dry and cool. Under 10 degrees. do not let dry, but never pour much. It’s best to let the pot stand outside, covered. I’d protect him from severe frost. Hope you succeed. Alternatively, you could also remove the soil from the pot and completely dig the tree with pot without soil. Then leave yourself, so don’t worry, until spring. Oaks are hardy.

Apart from being a oak, it should be planted out of the pot and into the garden. It’s probably gonna be too tight in her pot.

Oaks don’t like it in pots. She even looks good for her size, but for a long time she doesn’t do it anymore. It must be planted if it is to survive.

A oak. Get out of the pot, loose the roots, put in the fresh earth, keep half-shaded, no drying out, no standing water. Not fertilised, except with bonsaid fertiliser

I believe it has the problem that it is not a beech but a oak………………. looks for root rot due to too much water,or nutrient deficiency, the leaves are too yellow

Take her out of the pot and smell at the bottom of the roots. If it smells fashionable or lazy, then the root rot is. Then exchange the whole Earth, keep it dry and think positively.

No, but I had twice Bonsais and the leaves were getting bigger and I’ve been in charge. Just cut off and finished. Gardening is actually quite simple. It goes without people.

I have not come to the idea and we must also be able to shorten roots. Didn’t know how to do it. I’m a cactus breeder. Are you from the Bonsai area?

Well, the pot doesn’t have to be bigger, otherwise the oak becomes bigger. You can hold them as a bonsai. Then you just have to shorten the root a little. That’s what’s going on, because Bonsais are just so small-size because of the short roots. Later you can plant the oak and then grow it normally. The annual replantation or Shortening the root of course also very helpful.🙋 ♂️

And please plant in a much larger and deeper pot. Then it’ll be. I think the problem is overwintering.
