Was hat das zu bedeuten? Psyche?

I assume that you’ve already experienced such scenes as a child and that has built up a long-term fear over your mother when she’s angry.
You should perhaps help this frightened ‘internal child’ in you more out of your (also existing) adult position!

If you are willing to do this, please remember the choice of the ‘helpiest answer’! 😊

Find out on the Internet (and then maybe through a book) about “Inneres Kind”. You can get good suggestions!

Pull out, reduce the contact. You’re an adult.

There’s a reason to yell, your behavior is the cause of it. That doesn’t mean that her screaming would be justified. Avoid your behavior by standing on your own legs, a separate apartment to be sovereign. At your age, the depreciation process is in full swing. So grab it.

Completely normal reaction. Has nothing to do with psychological problems
