Why do I get a stomach ache and loose stools after eating?

Immediately after eating, and often while eating, I almost always get extreme stomach cramps and have to go to the toilet straight away. I also have extreme stomach cramps while having a bowel movement. Why is that?
If I eat 1 pepper, tomato, avocado, 100 grams of feta and 500 ml of beetroot juice every day, am I well covered in vitamins and fiber?
