If everything is produced as cheap as possible and also through the preservatives it is no longer as healthy.

I don’t buy a finished salad – it disgusts me to eat salads packed in plastic because the ingredients are old for days – including the transport route.

How fast is a fresh salad prepared when you buy the ingredients. I have nothing to do with a finished dressing.

There are not so many preservatives.
