What do you think about all the bus and train strikes at the moment?

My daughter relies on the bus or train because she has no other way to get to work or vocational school. Recently, my husband had to come home early from his night shift to take her to work. Normally, someone would have to cover the loss of earnings, but that's not what's happening now.

Bus and train? that would be the city traffic, not the train traffic and the Verdi at present does not strike that I know (meaning far) about 2x in almost every city that has an ÖPNV yes . Here the youth, for purposes of climate change, has hooked up with.

If the employer does not (apparently) meet its employees, strike is an absolutely legitimate means of working. Of course, it’s annoying when you get to feel the effects, but that doesn’t change anything about the thing itself. Finally, I would like to wish myself with sensible remuneration and working conditions.

I’m going to work with the train, which has been a bit exhausting recently by the strikes. My solutions are Homeoffice, fellow travellers and often enough trains – thanks to several transport modes, something is always going on my way, only then unfortunately not so regularly and badly planned.

To this extent, I find completely inappropriate.

I’m glad I don’t need this dump. Even if they don’t stalk, nothing works.

In Germany no one needs to wonder why the car will be driven.

Yeah, stupid.

My friend is also dependent on it because she works in the city centre and otherwise has to pay 20 Euro parking fee per day and is probably in traffic.

In everyday life, however, this is usually not highly dependent.

I have to do something.

It had its reason why railers were originally officials. But if you privatize an important infrastructure facility (even if it is a federal property), you have to live with strikes by employees.

Usually someone would have to come up for the merit loss, but that’s not the point.

No. No one is responsible for this loss of merit. As your daughter comes to work, her problem. Either she asks colleagues if she can be taken or she takes a taxi. If all this is not possible, it has to take a day vacation or sliding day (time compensation).

The work struggle is a legitimate means. If the AG pages do not move, it must be strung. Sure, there are the victims. But what must be, must be.

Then she can still ride with one of her colleagues. And as I said, there are other transport possibilities.

Or, she can be released for the day. She should clarify this with the boss and the training manager.

The right to strike is a good thing, and when the company strikes service providers, the customers of the best-selected company are primarily affected and only then the company itself is affected (if Daimler is managed, no cars are built and the company loses turnover). At the GDL it seems to me
1. not primarily for contract terms, but to go to K. Weselsky and
2. to be clearly less competitive than the AG.

I find the idea of compulsory conciliation in collective bargaining for the anticipants of the so-called “critical infrastructure” (rail, school, hospital,…) not so bad at all.

Only with please and thanks you can’t get any more reward.

Clearly, a few short-term drowns.

I went by train on Saturday. The trains were full.

It’s not to be seen that some people go around for fun on weekends and enjoy the good life while others allow it and barely what’s stuck

I am affected by such strikes myself, this year has cost me a few days vacation. If it goes on, my whole annual holiday goes on

Changes in my opinion

On the other hand, e.g. in France and GB, truck drivers also stumble. There’s hardly anyone here…

I am not concerned with this, but I believe it is slow enough.

The Lufthansa is already strung again. But this time not initiated by ver.di, but another union.

Yes, my car has never strayed before. The government has been trying to motivate me as a driver to take the public, but if I get that with the strikes I would get the crisis. I wouldn’t have patience

guterfrager5

Isn’t that stupid, if you want to motivate people to use the Öffis, but if you use them again and again… it’s kind of understandable, if you’re going to leave the car…3
