You just have to deal with health, but what actually most people neglect, no matter what way of life they live.
Previously normal and – oh miracles – there were fewer dietary diseases. Prohibitions do not exist at all, one keeps cooking itself and avoids industrial stress.
By the way, sugar is also not the problem, but the degree of processing of all foods and what is partially poured into it.
This simply means feeding yourself fully. This is really not a witchcraft. Also the cold kitchen offers plenty of recipes. You always have to prepare something if you want to eat.
You just need to name some thing with a silly angliss, and you’ll think that all the students are cool.
