What do you think about including a digital version of your signature in your email signature?

Hello everyone

What do you think about including the signature in the email signature, for example, between "Kind regards" and the name?

I see it this way myself,

YES, the signature could theoretically be included in a contract BUT, if someone does that, the forgery and copyright laws apply.

The majority of "important" contracts are drawn up and signed on paper. If it's a "digital signature," it can be verified and seen.

A digital signature should also ensure that you can check whether a document has been modified by a third party. For this, a “normal” email cannot be used easily.

It should also be ensured that nothing is changed before the signature (more specifically a signature). Otherwise, there is a risk that the document has something completely different from that of signing

As a rule, a document is then also compiled in a PDF that also recognizes the change after signing.

Absolute nonsense.

There is also no reason why you should do this

A digital signature (e.g. with GPG) is much more sensible. The signature can easily be copied 1:1, but a digital signature is not.

I’ll sign all my emails if the recipient checks this is his thing.
