Hello, I've just finished heating the Lidl product in the oven. The plastic container has melted a bit. It could also be put in the microwave. Why isn't there a warning that it's melting when you put it in the oven? Can I eat the product now, or not?

Switching to vegetarian or vegan?
Is it problematic for an omnivore to switch to a vegetarian or vegan diet? Do you experience difficulties and how long does it take until this type of diet becomes completely normal?

I never eat at lunch. I have breakfast extensive between 05:00 and 06:00 and eat warm between 18:00 and 20:00.
This is so conditioned by my working life as a building craftsman, there is no warm lunch on the construction sites.
Nothing, late breakfast(10:00): Dark bread with butter and jam.
Eat around 18:00 a salad with everything (tomatoes, green salad, Hörnli, Mozzarella, empties, cucumbers, pineapple, a bit of meat and maize)
Something Asian from Take Away stand.
