For breakfast a muffin, and then for the evening McDonalds Pommes (small)

Note just how unhealthy that is, but I have moved a lot today and was on my way, which is why I didn’t have time to prepare for some healthy food.

Breakfast: an apple

Lunch: pasta with pesto

Dinner: an alarm clock with cheese

In between: a chocolate bar, a few dry fruits

I also made 2 hours of sports (device tournaments: floor, mini tram, beams).

  • Breakfast: Bread with fresh cheese
  • Jause: bread, dried apple slices (self-made & unsugared), mandarins
  • Lunch: Wrap with vegetables and falafel
  • Snack: a piece of chocolate
  • Evening: Lentil soup with bread, 4 LebkuchenπŸ˜‹

Joa was not so ideal, but I need energy to learnπŸ˜‚

for breakfast a shake with foliage, yoghurt, milk and peanut butter, about 10:00 a mandarine and a keks, for lunch Indian curry with sweet, some chicken and rice, for dinner soup and broth and a yoghurt. and later probably still a mΓΌsli or so

A salad with lots of vegetables and chickpeas and feta cheese

And two wraps with vegetables and chickens.

Do you know what time it is? Now quickly in the kitchen! That’s unhealthy.

PS: You won’t get thinner, rather the opposite as your body goes into storage mode.
