Abzess am zahnfleisch geht trotz behandlung nicht weg?

Ich bin seit 6 monaten in behandlung beim Zahnarzt aufgrund eines abzesses am zahnfleisch. Schon 2x Antibiotika bekommen etc und der Abzess kommt immer wieder zurück. Bisher hat nichts geholfen und der Zahnarzt wirkt auch verwundert. Mich würde nur interessieren woran das liegen könnte und was es bedeutet wenn solch ein Abzess ständig wieder kommt…
