Das ist kein Hai, sondern ein Schweinswal. (Steht auch im Text).
Man kann Wale und Haie darin unterscheiden, dass Wale und Delfine eine horizontale Rückenflosse haben, Haie eine vertikale.
Der Schweinswal ist die einzige Art, die in der deutschen Nord- und Ostsee vorkommt.
