Was für Bremsflüssigkeit brauche ich?

Hallo zemme!

Danke

You need DOT4 or DOT5.1 these are miscible, interchangeable and differentiated only in the performance (5.1er you can heat starchers ohen that they boil)

In general, the exchange is recommended every 2 years, although I do not take very seriously the 2 years of my private vehicles as well, it can be assumed to be the 4. It’s exchanged!

I’m using all brake systems for the exchange Set of Hazet with number 4969-1/3 It’s idiot-proof and it’s only applicable! Therefore, I am now saving myself the explanation of the Taditional approach for which one must be two and where one can make more mistakes.

This set needs air from a compressor! The application is simple.

When pressure is applied to the ventilating device, by actuating the lever on the device it generates vacuum on the hose (by a Venturi valve).

Thus, if the brake fluid is filled with a new liquid, the vent hose of the device is applied to the vent nipple of the brake caliper and the device is actuated.

While the device is then sucked, the vent nipple is opened and the old brake fluid is pulled out of the saddle into the device. The whole thing is done until the new liquid has evolved from the container through the brake generator cylinder and the lines into the saddles. Make sure that the compensating tank never gets empty!!!

Then, of course, control the work to pull the brake pedal/lift, see that the pressure point is there, then make a slow test drive etc.

This is in the operating instructions. Change about every 2 years.
