I don’t have fixed breakfast habits, but I like to change. At the moment I eat a slice of christmas every second day in the morning, then again yogurt with pear (self-made) and nuts, a slice of peasant bread with butter, cheese, ham or sausage (alternating) and a soft-cooked egg on Sundays. Add coffee with a little cream.

Black tea in winter, coffee in summer.

I’m just experimenting with vegan slices instead of meat sausage. With whole grain bread and herbal cucumber.

Or there is yogurt with fruit and muesli.

On the weekend, there’s a little listening. And always fresh O juice. From ice-cold oranges:-)

My daily breakfast (home) looks as follows:

  • A glass of juice
  • Stirring with bacon
  • 4 slices of bread or 2 rolls
  • Butter
  • strawberry jam
  • Fresh cheese
  • Liver sausage, meat sausage, ham or turkey breast

On holiday there are always waffles or pancakes with strawberries, blueberries, cream and maple syrup.

Water with bread with cheese

Under week : 2-3 bananas in a small cup of Skyr, some blueberries druff. There’s so a liter of coffee. So say pretty healthy.

This is different on weekends. There are usually different pieces of meat – beef or turkey or chicken and rice.

My tablets and a glass of water.

At noon there is a slice of bread, rarely two.
