Bitte mit ihm einem vogelkundigen Tierarzt (mit der Zusatzausbildung für Vögel) gehen, der kann ihn untersuchen, feststellen, was er hat und ihn dann diesbezüglich behandeln.
Leider sind die wenigsten Tierärzte vogelkundig. Online kann man googlen, welche Tierärzte in der Umgebung vogelkundig sind. Am besten trotzdem vorher nochmal anrufen und nachfragen, ob sie wirklich vogelkundig (mit der Zusatzausbildung für Vögel) sind. Oftmals stehen in Internet ja falsche oder alte Informationen, die nicht mehr aktuell sind.
Wie Honigwoelkchen bereits ausgeführt hat, ist das ein ziemlich schlechtes Zeichen und du solltest möglichst schnell einen Tierarzt aufsuchen.

Ferndiagnosen sind immer schwierig zu stellen. In dem Fall sogar unmöglich da Aufplustern ein Symptom vieler Krankheiten ist.
Das beste wäre es so schnell wie möglich zum vk Tierarzt zu gehen. Wenn die Vögel bereits anfangen auf dem Boden zu sitzen, ist das eindeutiges Zeichen das sie schon länger schwer krank sind. Sie verstecken Krankheiten immer so lange es geht. Denn in der Natur bedeutet es für ein Beutetier immer den sicheren Tod.

Wenn es nicht ein ganz normales Schlafen ist, dann ist er unbedingt krank.
