Since I also celebrate my birthday about New Year’s Eve, there are homemade barbeque cheese wild boar sausage, as an alternative a few beef sausages and also a vegetarian alternative. I make 3 sauces and 4 salads. There is also self-baked bread.

With us there is this year as an appetizer Manduguk, as a main dish there will be japchae, as a supplement with small bowls with rice and kimchi and as a dessert Yaksik and a traditional fruit salad. To drink there is a selection of soy, wine, cocktails and mocktails, mackerel, strawberry milk, hot chocolate, tea of any kind and of course also water.

Usually New Year’s menu with friends in the restaurant. This year we’re staying at home. I will probably order with my fish dealer Balik Fillet Tsar Nikolaj and make a few small things for a quiet annual closing.
For New Year’s Eve we have traditionally always a really lush, colorful raclette dress and then at midnight cocktails 😋
Totally different. Let’s go to eat, order Greeks, grill, make raclette, cheese board with antipasti, cook together what. Last year it was a Bavarian evening, with haxen, liver cheese, obazda, lye pastries, sausage salad and a box of Oberdorfer bright.
