First of all, I have nothing against vegans/veganism. I wonder if vegans would still eat humans? (Let's ignore the fact that it's illegal.) Because as a vegan, you don't eat anything animal-based, but we're not animals in that sense; we're just descended from them.
In the morning only coffee, sometimes a colleague also brings rolls or we make agitator with Bacon (e.g.). At noon one usually cooks something (depending on who has pleasure and what is desired or not desired).
I usually eat nothing at work, I eat breakfast at home and after work is actually eaten again at home. But if I eat at work, I usually take a small fruit salad, consisting of grapes, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, or I eat a protein bar at work from time to time. Quite often, I’m still taking a bread or bread I’ve made myself with (mostly full-grain bread/breads or breads of liquors/breads), then laying it with avocado and tomato, or with some fresh cheese, tomato, salad and cheese.
I usually go to the canteen with my team, even if the food since Corona leaves much to be desired… some of my colleagues also go to surrounding restaurants. If nothing laughs at me, I’ll go to the Tegut nearby and get me some fruit or baked goods.
We also have microwaves and thereby the possibility to warm up food. But we don’t cook, so that’s what’s going on.
As a rule, there is bread at work. Fridge is there, so you don’t have to bring everything to ingredients daily or even prepare at home. Supplement regularly consists of cakes or cookies, and cracklings such as roasted peanuts. I take yoghurt or muesli or salad occasionally.
Warm meals are more available at night, after work.
I’m not eating. Just 1-2 coffee.
Then go sober to workout and eat around 17-18.
Around 8 p.m. a half kilo of magerquark with fruit
I cook my food fresh for work every morning, and what is there is always completely different. Can be practically anything from salads over covered baguettes, filled vegetables, chili sin carne with rice, rice pan, noodle pan, potatoes with dip, filled wraps, noodles with div sauces, onions etc. Depending on where I just feel like and what the cupboards give so
I usually take something from the previous dinner.
From time to time, I prepare something before work.
When I had to work in the office, I still had sandwiches. And vegetables.
I buy two pieces of pastries at the baker in the morning and at the supermarket around the corner various spreads, cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables and then make myself sandwiches. Sometimes also an avocado painting with shrimp on it or horseradish painting with salmon.
Always go to Thai or Mexican or Italian
When I worked, I never took anything to eat. I just ate something before and after work.
puhhh but 8h I couldn’t get out of it
I worked in gastronomy for 3 months and had no real breaks there and was always busy. He used me pretty fast.
ahh understand, respect, find this is a very hard job.. am happy in the office 🙂
I live and work in a house. So I’ll go to my kitchen between 11 and 13 and make two breads. I’ll eat them at the dining table, never in the office. So much time must be.
Something different every day. From Asians to Döner, Gulaschkanone, canteen or restaurant, everything is close.
I usually take a bread box with 4 breads. I’ll go to the canteen once a week.
uff brotboxen are also wild, I always take
