Then let the bread go, try sack bread. Sometimes I eat salt bars instead of bread or crissini to the jause. Tastes with just more. Low calorie is not both
On the day fruit/vegetable, yogurt or snack for in between. On the way, I prefer to eat fruit or pastries.

Lunch: Fresh different vegetables with chickens Sweated and whole grain noodles
Evening: wholemeal bread with poultry sausage, stremellachs, tomatoes and cucumber
