What replaces American 'Cream of Coconut' in Germany?

So I want to make the following recipe:

And for that I need canned sweetened cream of coconut.

After a long research, I found out that

1. Not the same as American Creamed Coconut (like coconut milk, but with more coconut).

2. Made from coconut meat.

3. It is heavily sweetened/sugared.

Nevertheless, I am unsure which German product is equivalent to the American one.

Can anyone help me with this? 😄
