Was droht mir wenn ich ohne Führerschein angehalten werde?
Hallo,
ich hab Ende April mein Motorrad Führerschein bestanden von A2 auf A. Die 2 Jahre die dazwischen sein müssen laufen morgen den 20.05.2022 aus. Die entsprechende Führerscheinstelle verschickt aber mein Führerschein erst am 20.05.2022 und wird wahrscheinlich erst am 21.05. bei mir eintreffen. Die Frage ist, was droht mir wenn ich morgen ohne Führerschein angehalten werde? Die 2 jahres Frist hab ich ja eingehalten.

I’d suspect you won’t get any trouble for driving without a driving permit, but only for non-assisting it’s driving license (footnote 10,-). I’m sure I’m not. Because of one day, I’d have some patience to be sure.
The question would be whether the 20.05.2022 is the last day of the deadline or the first day outside the deadline. You would then have to have the date of the exhibition 19.05.2020 on the A2 as the deadline only ends on the completed day of the exhibition (24.00) + 2 years.
