What’s the point of swimming once a week?

Do you think if I go swimming once a week (plus two soccer practices) anything will happen to my body (until three months ago, I didn't do any strenuous physical activity in my daily routine)? Do you have any other tips for incorporating more exercise into my daily routine?

Depends on what your diet looks like. If it remains the same it will lead to a slow decrease. That’s what I’m gonna do about half an hour. Are vlt 200 calories, so estimated from the abdomen.

You will also build some muscles that are only activated during swimming, but after you also have football training with probably various power units, you will also have a marginal difference.

What are you gonna do? So why do this swim in addition?

More careful training is the keyword… swimming is a much healthier endurance sport than running or even football. But in principle, it doesn’t matter if you continue to expose your joints to the typical dangers of football.

As I said, your diet is almost entirely crucial. It affects the figure most.

You can still do both. so why not if it is fun:)

You can always optimize food. Any improvement is already a success!

And if you’re looking for something else for more consumption, I can recommend a walk. Make way, route larger, just take more steps.

Hello. If you do something regularly you get better. The body will adapt. Your motor skills will certainly be better, as well as stamina etc. Whether you’re going to look more sporty and how fast you get better in it, of course, decides largely your diet and your progression. If you want to swim week a 100 meters then you should swim week b 150 on the piece. Or you’ll be faster. 100 meters in 1 min or 58 sec next week (because the numbers are realistic). If you just jump from the tower and want to get better, your body will also adapt. If you’re just slipping, you’ll probably get up in the stairs.
