What’s the point of swimming once a week?
Do you think if I go swimming once a week (plus two soccer practices) anything will happen to my body (until three months ago, I didn't do any strenuous physical activity in my daily routine)? Do you have any other tips for incorporating more exercise into my daily routine?

You will also build some muscles that are only activated during swimming, but after you also have football training with probably various power units, you will also have a marginal difference.

we started swimming in lessons that once a week for 1 hour (approximately in between we look what the teacher shows). I noticed that I like and feel more fit. Hope that I can take a bit off and I can “train” muscle more gently. My diet etc. has remained the same until now.
More careful training is the keyword… swimming is a much healthier endurance sport than running or even football. But in principle, it doesn’t matter if you continue to expose your joints to the typical dangers of football.
As I said, your diet is almost entirely crucial. It affects the figure most.

You can always optimize food. Any improvement is already a success!
And if you’re looking for something else for more consumption, I can recommend a walk. Make way, route larger, just take more steps.
Football is too much fun to trade it with swimming;) and because of the diet… I still live with my parents so it is quite difficult to pay attention to my diet. Sweet/snacks I eat almost nothing, but I could definitely eat “healthy”.

Hello. If you do something regularly you get better. The body will adapt.
