I am auctioning such cars at Ricardo (like Ebay in Germany). These cars are disassembled in Eastern Europe or Italy and then used as a “Schrott” in the buyer countries spare parts carriers. Customer countries are Lybia, Togo, Benin or Nigeria. In German brands, Namibia is often used.

Best paid, no matter what condition and mileage, 4 or 5-door Toyotas. They always brought about CHF 1000 (about EUR 1000). Toyota Commercial vehicles from approx. CHF 3000.-.

Other brands and sports cars are less in demand, people are buying cars, of which there are many in these countries.

There is still something to be delivered if the pick-ups can be something else to be done. This is also dependent on the vehicle model and condition and whether you can sell parts.

Dreamy saves cost and only that in the vehicle, which is either normal metal scrap, is placed in the trunk or only that in the vehicle, which is with it in normal series delivery.. all that goes beyond it is expensive.. If the extra household waste and liquids (canisters ) are to be dispose of, this is really expensive because the colleagues calculate this time extra if they accept the card at all.

It is also important that you get a proof of disposal that if in the aftermath of a diekarre buys to upgrade or build it, then put in the forest you are the last owner in duty and there threatening punishment of 100 000 euros .. With the proof of disposal you can prove the last owner (depositer) and get out of the thing.

Here we have one or the other recovery or pressing operation, which pick up your (complete!) car and pay up to 150€ depending on the vehicle. Had to look at classifieds.

He will charge you the disposal costs for oil, fuel, tires, plastic etc. and you can be happy if you don’t have to pay.

I had my 10-year-old golf 5 scraped with motor damage for 700 euros. So, I’ve been told that he’s being taken apart and individual parts are being sold. I didn’t care if this was done, because I didn’t have the money for a new engine anyway.

Since there is no DAS scrap car, the question cannot be answered.

It logically depends on which car it is, and why it is scrap.

That’s not worth it, had asked my last one to give 50 euros, so I didn’t let him pick up for anything. Ways and trouble saved.

Today you must be happy when it comes to “KOSTENLOS”. You don’t have too much time for it when it’s out of date.
