What should you keep in mind when taking a dance class?

Good evening!

My parents have been insisting that I take a dance class for several years because they think it would be very good for me.
Now, at the last family dinner with my parents, I said I was going to check it out.

Has anyone here had experience with dance classes? What should I keep in mind?

PS: I don't have a dance partner and it's not for a school prom, it's just for fun.

Thank you

The best way to go without a partner is to get in the basic course if not explicitly, for example on the website it is pointed out that you need to come with a partner (or you will ask again by phone). In addition, it’s enough to wear loose everyday clothing, where you can move well and in the basic course, simple sneakers are also enough. Otherwise, of course, you should follow the instructions of the dance teacher, more there is not to say.

I’ve been doing several dance classes so from 17 years, even as a guest, because mostly more girls were there than boys.

Just go and look at this, it’ll find everything.

I don’t know if there’s anything like that today. You then went to an A course (A as beginners) and then the F course (F as advanced). Of course, that cost an amount X per course. At the time, the dance schools took care that there was a uniform number of boys and girls. However, since there were more girls, you could sign up for an A course again as a Lord and paid only half the course fee. That was the name of the guest. Gruss

I’ve been dancing more often. you don’t have to do anything about it, you should at best explain the “teachers”. only proper clothes would be appropriate. there are plenty of sports. Have fun in the course!
