Ich habe mal geträumt, dass meine Mutter $u1zid begangen ist.Was bedeutet das?Heißt das, dass sie im echten leben auch sterben wird?

Ich kann nicht Unterscheiden, ob ich in einem luziden Traum bin oder in einem normalen.. Ich steuer den Traum ab und zu ein bisschen, aber ich weiß als nicht ob der Traum so oder so so wäre, oder ob ich luzid Träume. Es interessiert mich nur so. Ich freue mich auf Antworten! Danke!
Ich hab von etliche Male versucht luzides Träumen zu erlernen.Dabei kommt es aber immer wenn ich es geplant versuche dazu,dass ich es ganz kurz davor abbrech,weil ich Angst bekomme vor einer Schlafparalyse oder einen Albtraum.Wie komm ich darüber hinweg?
