Was bedeutet Vorverkauf bei Tickets?

Wenn man sich dafür anmeldet, bekommt man dann auch ganz sicher die Tickets? Und Plätze hat man dann ja auch noch nicht ausgewählt, oder?

Kann mir einer erklären, wie das ganze funktioniert btw. abläuft?

You come first in a queue with all the other people who have also signed up for pre-sale.
I recommend going to the pre-sale page 10 minutes before the tickets go online. You then land in the queue (only do not leave them and do not update the browser!) You will be automatically forwarded to the ticket selection where you can choose category (If you want to be sold out at the moment, I recommend updating the page again and again, someday tickets will come back online for people who had your tickets too long in the shopping cart) You usually get a place assigned to the sitting places. If the storm is not too big, you can also choose the places directly under the Saalplan booking. Standing places are usually free space whales (you should then inform yourself if there is something like golden circle tickets or so) otherwise there is nothing special to note. May I ask where the pre-sale takes place (for O2 etc. there are special things to consider which can also explain 🙂

It is never save at a pre-sale to get tickets….with bad luck everything is gone before you came to the ticket selection

Where is the page where you get the tickets? On the e-mail where you registered? And where is the pre-sale page

That depends on how much demand is. I had a pre-sale now, and from the outset it was there that only the registration alone gives no guarantee on cards. The pre-sale has already registered more than cards were actually available.

Not quite. Helene Fischer. But it was the same provider and it was warned that this provider is a disaster 🤣

No, Ticketmaster.

Was it Eventim? Our drama was that we were just in Egypt for the pre-sale because “selected” and then the Internet was miserable…. but luckily it worked… and our child was and is happy 🙂

Pre-sale simply means that it starts with the normal ticket sale. It is not an early reservation or something.

Wrong. Pre-sale means that you can buy at least one hour earlier tickets before the actual sale starts.

Wrong. Pre-sale = “purchasing tickets already [longer time] before the performance, not only at the cash register”

I’ve already made a lot of sales and never had to register before. And they’re always called sales.

Oh. There’s a big mistake.

Here my example: On 07.09., at 10 a.m., the Helene Fischer Christmas show was 2023, which was recorded on 01.12. As I said at 10 a.m., DENN the actual sale started only at 12 a.m. Pre-sale always means that if you have logged in, you will get maps before those who have not logged in. The idea that there are tickets at this event is funny, but complete nonsense.
