That means they’re not guaranteed. If this should only be available in 4 weeks as an example and until then the price increases, you also have to pay the higher price.

In the General Terms and Conditions (AGB) the dealer is agreed when a purchase contract is concluded between the seller and the buyer.

In your case, Thalia would have to point out in his terms and conditions that the purchaser’s order represents only an offer that the seller can also cancel.
