Too late to learn piano?

I'm 19 and would like to buy a used keyboard soon to learn to play the piano. Of course, I'm still young enough for that. But am I still at the age where learning is particularly easy? So, do I still have an advantage over a 30-year-old who wants to learn the piano?
This is a double stroke (also called cadence in the baroque). Judging the fingerset is required here to begin on the C with the thumb, then via D on the fourth finger, back to the C on the third, down to H on the second and back up to the C on the thumb. In this case, you start on the main note (in this case the listed C, which is not always the case in the case of a double stroke) and rotate (starting above) to the two secondary notes and back again.
