Transportschaden durch Spedition.?

Hallo zusammen. Ich habe einen Kfz-Motor mit Spedition zum Verkäufer zurückgeschickt. Dieser wurde wärend des Transports heftig beschädigt. Spedition sagt: Unzureichend auf der Palette gesichert, keine Haftung. Hab auch schon was darüber gelesen,werde aber nicht richtig schlau. Gibt es jemanden, der die Fotos beurteilen kann, die von dem Schaden gemacht worden sind?

This would have to be a mistake in the power steering, if you have the ignition or during the ride?
