The pH value is the negative decadent logarithm of the H3O+ ion concentration.

If you have a HCl acid with a concentration of 0.1 mol/l, then you add the 0.1 mol/l to the formula and get the pH value

Ig stands for logarithm – not ig but lg. You enter this in the calculator and then put the c=0.1mol/l in the clamp.

This is not a ig, but it should be LG (only written, depending on the font i and l can see very similar). The term is therefore the logarithm to the base 10, also written as log10 or short lg. See also here: https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decadian_Logarithmus
