Hey, do you have any ideas for creating a mood tracker for the entire year in a bullet journal? Of course, you can simply create a grid and then label it with the months and days. But do you know any other templates? (Pictures are welcome)

Gilt aber meistens nur bei Leuchten, welche ursprünglich mit Halogen-Leuchtmitteln oder anderen Glühlampen betrieben wurden. Hast Du diese gegen LED-Lampen getauscht, dann sind diese so kalt ggü. Glühlampen, dass dieser Abstand nicht mehr eingehalten werden muss.
Kannst Du aber auch selber schnell feststellen:
Leuchte einschalten und mal in 50 cm Abstand den Handrücken darunter halten. Dann langsam der Leuchte nähern. Der Punkt, an dem es Dir zu warm/heiß wird, ist der Mindestabstand, den Du immer einhalten solltest.
