Warum wird mein Deutschland Ticket nicht mehr angezeigt?
Hallo, ich war letztens auf dem DB Navigator(angemeldet), aber mein Ticket wurde nicht angezeigt, denn da stand: Es wurden noch keine Tickets gekauft oder gemerkt. Daraufhin habe ich meine Abonummmer(Bestellnummer) eingegeben mit meinem Nachnamen aber da stand dann dass der Auftrag nicht gefunden wurde. Was soll ich jetzt machen?

On the other hand, if you choose the 1 for questions about the German ticket, you will be skimmed.
Alternatively visit a travel center of the DB if you bought it there. There is also enough time to plan, because they are partly very well visited and heavily understated.
