Why is criticism of courts often received negatively?
I recently tried okroshka, a cold summer soup often praised on TikTok and other social media platforms. Personally, I didn't find the dish appealing at all, which surprised me, as many online comments claim that almost everyone likes it. I mentioned in one comment that I didn't like it, and people immediately attacked me. Why do you often get attacked when you criticize the aesthetics or taste of a popular dish?
Is it because people in the comments might be exaggerating or embellishing the truth? Has anyone had similar experiences or an explanation for them?

No has never happened to me personally, even if I have written under a court, that is not my taste or taste.
But why people are like that I can tell you. They simply do not accept any other opinion than their own and there is also the problem. Man is stopped so that he often only accepts his own opinion and not all others. It doesn’t matter whether it’s recipes or politics or music taste, clothes taste etc pp. If one is not of the same opinion as that one can cause one to be badly done.
For this reason, I do not test highly hydrated recipes at all if they have the absolute hype. I’ll test these things one or two years later when the hype has long been down.
The only time I was lying a bit hype was because of a certain cookbook which I picked up because the dishes on the photos when others cooked them looked really good. Then I bought the book and also cooked some of it, but the dishes have not really made me taste. If I’ve done that for me the recipes are simply not and I know far better that go in the same direction, I’d be stupid but never really approached.
But I didn’t take it personally there is always my own opinion. By the way, I still have this book although I was told to sell it, but maybe I’ll give it another chance to one or the other court and try it out.
Because I definitely can’t cook badly. I cook it very well and therefore it will not have been lying to my cooks that has not tasted me, but simply because the recipes and dishes for me were nothing

I personally would say from MIR that I cook one of the best cabbage and pink, but if people only eat bad, it could be that they rate this dish negatively (I really say that I have about 50% as inedible or difficult to eat) But if someone only knows the bad ones, he/she can hardly judge
I don’t know Okroschka. I don’t care. If it’s something famous, it may be that you just don’t like it (for example, I don’t like chicken feet, even if they are prepared PERFEKT) or it may be at the preparation
