More drinking yesterday than today? More spided today than yesterday? Were only two of a number of possible circumstances that can affect the weight.

Daily weight fluctuations of some 100 g are completely normal. Even 1 kg would still be normal. For one cannot always bring about the same circumstances so that the measurements are really comparable.

It does not apply to daily measurement. Long-term trend, which results from individual measurements alone, is important.

Welding and metabolism. Your body always needs calories even if you don’t move. Fat is degraded by exhaling it. So it is converted into CO2 and you lose so slowly but surely weight.

The body weight can vary over and over again, is quite normal, since one day later you can weigh a kilo more or less without doing anything extra.

On the one hand, each scale has an error tolerance, on the other hand, your body loses water through transpiration.
