Unfortunately, bullying is more and more involved, not only at schools, but also at work and elsewhere! Everyone who has become a victim of bullying knows how bad the suffering it is. In some cases bullying even leads to suicide thoughts or depression! This shows how urgent it is to take action against bullying!
A very important and courageous thought is that you are not exposed to bullying without help. There are ways to get out of the sacrificial role! In order to achieve this, it is important to proceed with the right strategy.
It starts with the right posture, for example. What do I mean? Well, it promotes self-confidence enormously if you adopt an upright and self-safe attitude. This also signals the outside world that one is concerned with its own dignity and that it will not be taken so easily.
Even if you have already become a victim, you should not bow and run with a lower head. It may irritate the mobbers if you radiate more self-security through your changed posture.
A next point is that you learn to set limits. For example, if someone lowers you in some way, he attacks your dignity and thus clearly exceeds a red line! Here it is important not to pay the other with the same coin or to react aggressively. You only show the attackers that they have achieved their goal of bringing you out of the frame. If you even reap, tell them with a firm voice how you think about their behavior. In most cases, however, it is better not to be confronted at all and not to react directly to attacks.
Also, if possible, places where it could become gross. Do not stop where your mobbers are still (e.g. in certain schoolyard corners). So you don’t even expose yourself to their possible attacks. And as far as school is concerned, it’s good if you’re not alone. Maybe a friend or another fellow student can accompany you. A good tip is not to have money.
And finally, you should not keep what Mobber did to you. Openly talk to your parents and teachers and tell them exactly what happened. When responsible adults turn on, it can be that the mobbers become more cautious. They realize that their attacks have consequences on you and may not be able to bully you further.
If you believe in God, I finally have a courageous thought for you. God sees exactly what you’re going through, and he doesn’t care! He has a great heart for all those who go through bad things, and he’s ready to help them.
The Bible says: “Do not fear, for I am with you. Don’t be afraid, because I’m your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you.
