Why is the plant wilting?

I water the plant as soon as the soil feels noticeably dry. And I only water a little—not too much, not too little. The plant usually lasts for a day before I need to water it again.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hortensia generally don’t like a full sun, need a lot of water, maybe they just blossom… Nothing is beautiful if it is natural.

Is she in the full sun?
If so, you should change the location. Hortensia don’t like that. And the pot also seems quite small.

In the bright hot sun you should pour such a green mass in such a small vessel more often than once a day. Because

… noticeably dry …

feels that can be too long and too deep so dry.

Leaves that develop in the full sun have a structure that carries more sun than leaves that suddenly enter the sun from the shadow.

Hortensia flowers also have a limited shelf life. Lack of water or Nutritional care accelerates ripening.
