Deine Angst kommt aus deinem eigenen Inneren. Das wird nicht besser, wenn du in deiner Umgebung oder irgendwo in der Welt unbekannte Krankheiten oder Kriege suchst.
Mit deinem Zwangsgedanken erschwert sich du nur dein normales Leben bis du gar keine guten Kontakte pflegen kannst. Dann hockst du einsam und gestört nur noch am Internet, das dir immer neue Horrorgeschichten schickt.
Trotzdem wirst du weiter leben, aber dein schönes Leben mit anderen Leuten verpassen. Die Suche nach Verschwörungstheorien wird dich nicht glücklich machen, auch reich wirst du nicht, aber Abgezockt als ideales Opfer von diversen Sekten und Kriminellen..

Also übernimm für dich selbst die Verantwortung, schalte dein Hirn ein und sag deiner Sucht nach Panik den Kampf an. Diese Ausschüttung von Stresshormonen kann nämlich genau wie andere Drogen auf deinen Körper wirken. Es ist dann ja so erregend toll, wenn man sich völlig unschuldig und hilflos fühlen kann.
