Warum steigt mein Blutzucker so komisch und unwillkührlich an?

Hallo,

Hello FisoTip, 👋

Now I’ve eaten whole grain bread for a time with butter (you’re safe) and a slice of sausage. One day I had more hunger, I had eaten two slices, there was blood sugar at 114mg/dl.

When did you measure the BZ?

1 or 2 hours after eating

Today I only ate a slice and the blood sugar was at 164mg/dl.

¿ Output – BZ?

When have you measured the BZ?

1 or 2 Hours after eating

👉The postprandial BZ should be 2 hours after

to be measured, not before

Btw: not only increase ALL carbohydrates

BZ, but also psychic stress!

The crazy thing is if I eat a quarter of the Lidl chocolate breadcake, the blood sugar after an hour at 113 or even lower.

1 hour = TEST measured!

Can anyone explain to me why sugar-containing sugars do not rise so high, but in whole grain products they are far above the rabies?

The BZ is also influenced by other factors

and apparently you measured too early.

Before meals, I take apple cider vinegar to me and this cinnamon to inhibit sugar release, or to support the body that it does not rise like that.

Sorry, but this with the effect of cinnamon

on blood sugar is esoteric bullshit.

Hello,

you can read on dozens of specialist subjects that postprandial BZ should be after 2 hours > 140 mg/dl, but not after 1 hour.

This does not relate to type 1;

still on type 2 diabetes, but

on healthy people,

and Non-diabetics.

No, totally wrong!!

“Forgot to all fats” is also totally unhealthy!

No, you should feed yourself low-fat, rich in carbohydrates, so do without all fats. I explained that in detail. Pregnancy diabetes is based on a normal insulin resistance as in type 2 diabetics, so a low-fat diet will work wonders.

Like that…

… if you don’t want to spray insulin,

then you need your diet

and on

👉all KOHLENHYDRATE Eighth.

164mg/dl is completely within the scope of food.

If you drank a lot of water after the brownie it can also be that your BZ has fallen because mineral water also lowers the BZ.

Unfortunately, the gestational diabetes is not like type 1 or type 2 diabetes.

Unfortunately?? Be glad that the

not as much as

Type 1 diabetes is, otherwise it would have to

you are now

💉💉Insulin💉💉💉 splash!

I therefore do not know whether your commentary is so helpful in the question of which type of nutrition is best.

of any type of diet

I didn’t say anything at all.
