I have the free version.
I want to listen to a specific playlist. One track from it plays, but then random songs start playing. This is really annoying. Is there anything I can do about this?

Hast Du lokale Medien (mp3-Dateien und so) am Smartphone mit eingebunden und diese in der Playlist? Das wäre eine Möglichkeit.
Ansonsten: Schreib’ mal den Spotify-Support an. Die haben mehr Möglichkeiten das zu prüfen.
Ich wüsste nicht, wie es geht, lokale Medien in die Playlist mit einzubeziehen.

Okay. Mein beschriebenes Problem ist aber nur am Laptop in der App und in der WebApp. Die App am Handy funktioniert wie sonst auch, Da gibts keine Probleme.
