Because it’s not necessary. You should feed yourself healthy and balanced, then you do not need such additives. This is especially true for children who are still under construction.

To this end, however, one does not need such spray tablets, if possible still sugar-loaded.

Probably the manufacturer simply wants to secure himself legally and protect himself from abuse.

Effervescent tablets from the supermarket or the drugstore is pretty much the worst and least-valued supplement you can take.

For this, the dosages are often so bad. There are a few stirrer eggs with paprika already with a multiple more nutrients.

Tastefully, things are also cruel.

Hello,

effervescent tablets,

in case of malnutrition.

This is something for older people who are physically not so good anymore.

Young people would lead to this pointlessly.

But it won’t kill you.

The crowd is crucial. The dosage contained therein is designed for an adult and not for a young person. Too much magnesium can be harmful in the long term.

Otherwise, it is also unclear why a teenager should take such tablets. Are you suffering from hypertension, stress or the like?

Just leave it. You should take enough magnesium over normal food.

The crowd makes the poison.

However, you will hardly be able to reach the necessary dose of an Mg Intox with the picle.

The amount is the poison. (Just read and understand the whole sentence 😉)

Overdose phenomena such as paralysis can also occur with Mg overdose.

The Brausedinger is not worth it.

Then it’s just for the taste.

It depends on what magnesium is in there.

The best bioavailability has magnesium bisglycinate, a compound between magnesium and amino acid glycine.

Your stuff in the tablets doesn’t have that at all. Therefore, the consumed magnesium is not necessarily also the magnesium taken up by the body. But since this is a science for itself, kids should do without it.

Because you’re still growing, it’s up.
