Well, but more comfortable than before, they’re not. 50 years ago, no one would have come up with the idea to build railcars with seats practically without a sight. A deterrent example is for me the IC4, which I also use several times this summer. The previous compartment cars, especially in the IC, were much more convenient, sockets do not have first priority for me. Today it is only about squeezing as many seats as possible into a car.
These windowless seats also offer the advantage for people who want to work. And if you drive at night or late, so if it’s dark, it doesn’t matter. Find the ICE 4 actually, no more, so bad. But what I find bad at the ICE 4 – BR 412 – is the form.
Accepted. But it’s not true for me. I’m staying with you, you wouldn’t have built such vehicles before.
Dream!
But the ICE 1 in the original with the 5 in the 1st class. A warm greeting from Switzerland.
That’s right. mM, you should build trains like ICE 1. Half compartment, half large room. Man could also make 1/4 compartment and 3/4 compartment. But if that’s gonna happen? Hope you can, but is unrealistic. Good evening, and dear greetings..(LG).
I hfrom nothing against today’s trains, but the charm of the old wagons they have not.
Cuts, but take a lot of space away. Because more than everybody wants to sit alone at the time. The beautifulall the wagon door, foldable windows.
I want to take into account that some travellers miss the travel culture of the old railway cars, for example the compartments, the windows to be closed, etc.
If some electronics fail in the modern carriages, it is usually necessary to produce technicians, because the all-round railway operator is thus getting less and less accurate if it still exists.
In general, travellers are repeatedly informed that disturbances occur, for example doors are unusable, the air conditioning does not function as desired, toilets are unusable, trains are contaminated and overfilled.
Nobody wants the “Plumpsklo” back. But that was always “useful”…
Not all the trains are as beautiful as you describe them.
On my way to my parents I only have Regio – always crowded, places you can’t reserve, no internet, no sockets.
Etching…
Also often too late, or the car with the booked seat is missing or climate is out or otherwise.
Sure, better than in India, but you shouldn’t compare yourself to worse, my dad always said.
because they are always late
