Have you measured the volume? I don’t really think they’re so thin.

I’ve got really thin arms and measured it.

You can also do this with a tailor for craftsmen.

BMI 21 is really good for your age. So you’re not that thin.

You’re a very slim guy, you see on your BMI. Normal is 25. What you can do to get your arms a bit thicker would be weight training. If you have no weights, you can also lift other weights with the arms. Only you shouldn’t overdo it with the training. So slowly start with 3kg left and right, ten times each. A week. Fifteen times
